We understand that making that first phone call can be overwhelming. Our goal is to help alleviate some of the pressure and stress you are facing during this crucial time. Our team is here to support you or your loved one in any way we can.
You and/or your loved one will collaborate with our team to determine if Golden Ivy Housing Foundation is the best fit. The next step in the process is to complete an assessment over the phone designed to gather more information.
This will help us determine if you or your loved one can be medically cleared for the residential level of
care we provide. If deemed medically necessary, we may refer you or your loved one to complete medical detoxification at an outside facility prior to coming to Golden Ivy. We work closely with several detox facilities in the Dallas area. Once medical detox is complete, we will facilitate a door-to-door transfer from the detox facility to one of our residential homes.
