Sober Living Transitional Homes - is a structured, welcoming living environment for individuals who have completed treatment and want to continue strengthening their sobriety. It provides the stability, accountability, and community needed during the critical transition back to independent living.
Our program combines affordable housing with a peer driven community, recovery coaching, and daily onsite staff to ensure you have the resources and encouragement to succeed.
We also have a live-in property manager who facilitates house meetings, provides support and accountability, facilitates client drug testing, and assists with anything that may come up in the early stages of recovery. Our max capacity of each sober living home is 8 clients, making it a highly individualized program where you or your loved one receive the support and care they need.
